The tenants rarely pick up their dogs 💩, but the staff is on it daily! *shame on you, dog owners* This place ACTUALLY has security, where The Retreat lies and doesn't have one. Neighbors are kind and considerate, minus one or two here and there (fighting couples, typical). Water isn't shut off 2-5/wk like next door. Place is nicely insulated and wired. $100k renters insurance isn't required, though any is recommended. Pool is open and CLEAN as advertised. You guessed it- unlike The Retreat. Leases are respected, emails and calls are returned, packages aren't stolen from the office. Mail room and wash room are secured and kept up with. Both the office ladies have been so very kind and attentive. Parking spots vary in size and can be a bit tight, but everyone seems to have an unspoken understanding to give space. Maintenance doesnt dump their trash or repair debris throughout the apartment/walk ways/the grounds, unlike next door. Overall, come rent with Hunters Ridge, yall! The app makes paying rent so easy. AND their utility bill doesn't run 100-300$ like The Retreat.
